Soooooo I need help

I took some beautiful pictures with the Rebel on Sunday but the files saved so large that they are taking forever to load on to Blogger!  How do I get them small, like in file size not actual size....?  Any one?   If you know, could you shoot me an email at prajaline(at)gmail(dot)com so that I can share them with you all?  Thanks bunches!!
